It’s not just about what’s grown here.

It’s about how it’s shared around tables, across seasons, and among people who value the full experience of farm life.

A place that draws you back.

Tucked into the rolling hills near Smithville Lake, surrounded by thousands of acres of wildlife land, Moxie Farms is a working regenerative farm built to provide a secure, year-round food source through soil health, biodiversity, grazing animals, and food forests.

Here, pasture-raised meats, raw dairy, and seasonal harvests move directly from the land to the families who rely on them. No middlemen. No guesswork. No transactions. Instead just a personal relationship with the farmer.

What began as a different kind of food system has grown into something more. With lush wooded areas and pastures dotted with grazing animals, the land invites you to slow down, reconnect, and experience the rhythms of life.

Time here extends beyond the harvest. Guests gather to dine from the land, learn from the farmers, spend a night under the stars, or simply reset. There is a clarity that comes from being here — fewer decisions, less stimulation, a closer relationship between land and table, work and rest, presence and pace.

Moxie Farms is a private, member-based farmstead. Access is limited to members and registered guests.

membership

A private food system for families who want to know their source.

Most families have lost the ability to truly trust their food. Membership at Moxie Farms changes that. A year-long relationship with your farmer, built on consistency, transparency, and food raised specifically for your family. Spots are limited and available by inquiry only.

experiences

Seasonal dinners, gatherings, and retreats rooted in the farm.

Long table dinners, multi-day retreats, and workshops rooted in the rhythms and wisdom of the farm. Each experience is designed to be unhurried, meaningful, and genuinely restorative, the kind that stays with you long after you leave.
